Nature of project: trace’s architects and designers were part of a team, together with Kate Otten Architects, which was one of four short listed candidates in the competition for the design and conversion of Corner House, at Wits University, into a new multi-level exhibition and operational space for the Wits Art Galleries. The proposal included display and exhibition gallery spaces, processing areas, work shop and seminar spaces and storage and archive spaces.
